On the subject of content warnings: I tend to warn for the below if it comes up in a thread. If you need additional CWs for anything, give me a heads up. Likewise if there are icons you'd like me to avoid using (some of my icons have blood in/around the eyes).

Highlight for content warnings:
☀ Itachi is a mass murderer, having committed familicide at the age of 13.
☀ He's spent significant time and effort traumatizing his younger brother. This includes a truly prodigious amount of mental and physical abuse. The mental traumas include but aren't limited to: forcing Sasuke to relive the murder of their parents and clan, and the physical abuse is violence typical of the world — involving broken bones, probable internal damage, burns, etc.
☀ Itachi himself is a victim of the political machinations of adults and has been gaslighted, manipulated and straight-up blackmailed into a lot of his situational violence. He has PTSD as a result and has basically spent a decade engineering his own suicide. It isn't likely to come up very often, but this man does not want to be alive.
☀ The series Naruto and especially the circumstances surrounding Itachi, the Uchiha and his relationship with his brother lean significantly into eye horror and gore.
☀ Naruto as a series goes hard into narratives involving child soldiers, war horrors and PTSD. And sometimes it's about the Power of FriendshipTM and ninja cats. It contains multitudes.
