How are you? [Sabriel's concerned, but she sounds much, much better than she did in the aftermath of Scorpion's Bend- energized, rather than exhausted.]

Sedorum's... well, it's not pleasant, but a lot of us have infiltrated the army, and we know who has the orb. Now it's just a question of convincing Entr'i to hand it over.

And what happens, when two people make contradicting wishes on the same orb? I suspect they can twist the way they grant things or extract payment to satisfy their urge for chaos, but

This will probably be complicated. Especially since we don't know what bargains have been struck with the orbs.

I know. Preferably before both sides go to war. Once that happens, we're going to have to act.

I'd like to know more about the people in charge of both sides. But in Sedorum, 'He' is rather elusive- we don't even have a name, just a capitalized pronoun.

I'm not sure if it's because knowing His name will give someone power over Him, or if He just thinks it's a more impressive way of being referred to.
