Out of curiosity - how much do you lift without any struggle whatsoever? Look, I know I'm not gonna scratch it, but don't mean I ain't a little curious.
I have never trained with weights in the sense of paying mind to a specific number. Most of my physical training has been more to hone speed and precision. If strength is required, I use chakra to enhance my body. At an estimate, I would say ten tonnes without strain would not be beyond me. Less without chakra — perhaps a thousand kilograms. There are shinobi in my world I expect would be capable of managing hundreds of tonnes.

Most of the countries on my continent have one, and if they are too poor to foster their own shinobi force they will often hire others if there is a need. When wars are waged between nations, it is shinobi that do the bulk of the fighting. I imagine that is not an unfamiliar story to you.
