Definitely not common while I was growing up. But it's kind of a staple at occasions like this. [ she waves a half-eaten marshmallow at the general scene around them. ] Bonfires, cookouts... Anything outdoors so you can have an open fire. Y'know — feel good stuff.

My village would have festivals. Similarly, there would be bonfires — but the food is quite different.
