[This conversation is almost painfully domestic. It's a far cry from some of their deeper talks, and she finds it charming because of that.]
If you do that, I'd be tempted to put them in some supply packs.
[She teases, but gives him a look that says it would actually be a good idea. Clara goes over to examine the items he has set up. She knows they'll be making dango and was curious as to how that would happen. But leave it to Itachi to be clever and create a little kitchen out of nothing.]
It would make no difference to the others. I am the only one that could release them.
๏ผ so, if he dies or is otherwise indisposed, it would serve no purpose except as extra weight to be carried along. pointless.
he pulls out the small pack of glutinous flour mixed with sugar that he's taken to carrying on missions, and absently fills a container with water from a minor jutsu — he prefers that immensely to the man-wa. ๏ผ
I have considered ration packs as well for that purpose, but encounter the same difficulty. Finn and I have theorized that it is possible for Jedi to manipulate scroll seals the way I do, but we have not had much time to test that theory.
[As he works, her eyes are focused in on what he's doing. She's good at committing things to memory, and wants to figure out how he makes his dango so perhaps she can make it all by herself another time.]
Could you teach others to open them?
[She absently asks, making note of the fact he's also able to create water. There doesn't seem like there's many things he can't do. But she doesn't ask him about it, not wanting to draw attention to the fact she's watching him that closely.]
Or is it something that you have to be born with the ability to do?
Finn and Rey, perhaps. Possibly the Cultivators. The Force and Qi are fundamentally similar to chakra, though we use them in different ways and for different purposes. However, it is not something you, for instance, could learn.

The humans of my world did not always have chakra. It was given to us. However, it is not something I could replicate.
