A younger Mu named Alfred took to the lyre...the melody is his. I heard it often, especially within Physis' quarters. The two of them are both very quiet, melodic presences; they resonated right away.
He is a very quiet presence. Often...his lyres speaks more than he himself does. When I brought Physis to Shangri-La...he was drawn to her quite quickly. The both of them have similar, quiet souls. She was comforted by his music, and he found purpose in keeping her company.
He is, yes. I can't remember how long ago now...perhaps twice that of the time past since finding Physis. He was quite close to the adulthood examination when I found him, unlike the others; I think echoes of his upbringing are what kept him close to music, things he could grasp from the time that wasn't erased.
( sometimes, the casual inhumanity of blue's world rings too much like his own. danzō surely would have found a way to exploit the mu as surely as he did — )
Another of your people may arrive after you are gone.
( there is no point in sugar-coating it. death is waiting in the wings for blue, and has been since first they spoke. itachi may have had the means to step back from that brink, but it seems all they do for blue only delays the inevitable. )
Those that care for you may find some comfort in being able to assist them.
That's true. There is much to wish could be undone there. I've asked before of others here...that they extend the same kindnesses given to me, should another Mu find themselves here. I'd ask it of you, too. If it were my right to. But I've been given so much already by your efforts alone.

Do you wish to tell me about him?

Was he one you rescued as well?

Do you have a complete list of them? Your people.

No, only my memory.
Why?

You are not asking anything of me. I am offering.

( simultaneously ominous and true. )

Either way...I'll make a list.
Thank you, my friend.
